Look again at the list you made of the ESC rights issues in your country and allocate each rights issue to the three obligations as laid out in the table.

With a good understanding of the core and normative content of each of the rights in the Covenant it becomes possible to identify the areas that need closest attention.
Such an analysis will of course depend on information, Some of this may not be initially available but one critical source is those whose rights are denied.
This points to the importance of maintaining
close contact with the rights claimants and providing them with a voice
and with a platform
