Is the government meeting its obligations?

Are economic, social and cultural rights included in your national Constitution?

Has your country ratified the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights?

If it has ratified, has it produced a periodic report as required in Article 16 of the Covenant?

If it has reported you should be able to examine the Committee's Concluding Observations in response to your country's report.

If you cannot obtain this from your government easily, it can be found on the web site of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights www.unhchr.ch. Simply type "concluding observations" in the "search" function and your country will be listed.
