The Manual On Human Rights Reporting To assist governments to formulate their periodic reports as mandated in the Covenant, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights has drafted a Manual on Human Rights Reporting. This Manual covers six major international human rights instruments including the two Covenants and includes essays on the purpose of reporting, the preparation and drafting of national reports and on the gathering of information and documentation. |
