Disaggregated Data The Manual is a useful aid for human rights analysis because it asks for specific information - including statistical data - that will enable the relevant Committee to assess to what extent the government is implementing the respective Covenants and Conventions. One important feature of the questions is the emphasis on disaggregation of data, particularly as it relates to discrimination in law and practice and to meaningful participation. |
