[Fr. James was asked what he felt about the resource and facilitating team and how our RBA Training helped]
(How did this RBA Training inspire you?)

I think that made a very big difference in my life because I learned there how to. . . this whole Rights-Based Approach. . . I was not too familiar with this approach before, and it helped me to put many things in place, especially for my trainings.

Andre is a very intelligent man, and James Tan also. He and Kat handled the whole training very well. They introduced us to important concepts and I was able to fit a whole lot background and experience, our Indian experience. I was able to fit it into what the training is about, that framework that they gave. . . For me that framework is important, and with that framework, I was able to work out a number of courses for our people.

And Andre dealt with it very well, he showed me the difference between the rights based approach and the charity based approach. And I think he made us reflect a lot. That’s his strong point. And because of that also we corrected the defects which were in ourselves. And our strategies also are more sharpened. He sharpened us, he sharpened our tools, and I think that was a good blessing. That’s why we are looking forward to the next training.
